Our Factory
Dongguan Henglong Industrial Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of customized silicone products and new energy electronic auxiliary materials with over 20 years of experience. Our factory covers 3,000 square meters and has a core team of over 60 people. Our equipment can meet the production needs of various types of products, ensuring stable product quality. We can independently design, test, and produce formulas based on the operating conditions and physical performance requirements of customer parts. We have a complete production line encompassing material preparation, mixing, automatic cutting, and cold storage.

Production Equipment
The factory's molding workshop is equipped with 50-350 ton flatbed molding and vacuum vulcanizing molding machines. It can independently design, test, and produce formulas according to the customer's part usage conditions and physical performance requirements. It has a complete production line encompassing material preparation, mixing, automatic cutting, and cold storage.
The die-cutting workshop has four sets of flatbed die-cutting lines, two sets of automatic die-cutting combination lines, and multiple rewinding, slitting, and bonding machines to meet the production needs of various types of temperature-resistant, shock-resistant, cushioning, and adhesive products, ensuring product quality stability.
The testing laboratory is equipped with tensile testing machines, constant temperature and humidity chambers, tape holding power machines, hardness testers, and other experimental instruments.
