3. Reliable Conductive Solutions
Integrated conductive carbon pills or conductive rubber contacts at the button base – rows and columns are connected when pressed and disconnected upon release. Contact resistance as low as 50-100Ω (carbon pill solution) ensures stable, bounce-free signals and supports rapid key repeat detection.
4. Silent & Comfortable Operation
Silicone material provides a soft tactile feel with key travel of 0.3mm - 3.0mm (customizable). Silent operation makes it suitable for noise-sensitive environments such as libraries, laboratories, and hospitals. Matte surface is slip-resistant and wear-resistant, reducing fatigue during extended input sessions.
5. Fully Customizable
Key legends, colors, and layout arrangements can all be customized. Supports silk screening, laser engraving, and other marking processes to meet functional labeling requirements across different industries. Thickness, hardness, and actuation force parameters are also adjustable.
