1. Premium Conductive Silicone Material

Made of high-elasticity silicone with conductive fillers (such as carbon pills or nickel-plated graphite) to achieve excellent conductivity. The material offers outstanding aging resistance, high/low temperature performance, and chemical stability. Volume resistivity can be as low as 0.1Ω·cm, ensuring fast and stable signal transmission.

2. Soft and Comfortable Tactile Feedback

The conductive rubber contact design provides a soft tactile feel for comfortable operation, reducing fatigue during extended use. Compared to the crisp feel of metal contact switches, conductive rubber buttons offer a quieter, more cushioned press. Actuation force can be customized from 20g to 500g as required.

3. Stable and Reliable Electrical Performance

Conductive rubber contacts offer low contact resistance – initial contact resistance can be controlled below 500Ω; carbon pill solutions can achieve as low as 50-100Ω. Insulation resistance exceeds 100MΩ (tested at 100VDC). The elastic contact mechanism effectively eliminates contact bounce, ensuring reliable signal transmission.

Product lifespan exceeds 100,000 cycles; premium models with carbon pill technology can reach over 5 million cycles. Silicone material offers excellent resistance to aging, UV, and chemical corrosion, maintaining performance without deformation or failure over long-term use.

Optional IP65, IP67, and even IP68 waterproof/dustproof ratings available. IP68-rated buttons can withstand submersion in 1 meter of water for 30 minutes while maintaining normal operation. Sealed construction is ideal for outdoor equipment, medical instruments, marine devices, and other humid or dusty environments.
