1. Ordinary Silicone (also known as precipitated silicone):
Color: Semi-transparent, milky white, light yellow, gray, etc.
Hardness: 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70°, etc., commonly between 40°-70°.
Density: 1.1-1.12 g/cm³
Elongation: 400%
Applications: Commonly used in mid-to-low-end silicone products such as mobile phone buttons, miscellaneous parts, and conductive adhesives.
2. Gas Glue (also known as pure silicone):
Color: Transparent.
Hardness: 30°, 40°, 50°, 60°, 70°, 80°, etc., commonly between 40°-60°.
Density: 1.1-1.12 g/cm²
Elongation: 600%-700%
Characteristics: Due to its good transparency and high tensile strength. 1. Relatively high cost.
Applications: High-end products requiring high elasticity, such as silicone tubing and protective sleeves.
2. Silicone raw materials can be divided into solid silicone and liquid silicone based on their physical properties.
Solid silicone is mainly used for compression molding products, such as silicone sleeves, silicone tableware, silicone molds, and silicone buttons. Liquid silicone is mainly used for extrusion molding products, such as silicone nipples and silicone tubing.
Insulating silicone pads offer excellent high-temperature resistance. Food-grade silicone can withstand temperatures up to 200℃ and can be used for extended periods. The raw materials used in this product meet food-grade standards, have passed FDA food-grade testing, are odorless and non-toxic, and are manufactured according to mold specifications; color and shape can be customized.
