Silicone mold manufacturing process

For general mold cleaning, we use sandblasting. First, we select a suitable mold cleaning sand (based on the shape of the silicone product mold), then introduce the mold cleaning sand into the sandblasting machine, and then place the silicone product mold into the sandblasting machine. We aim the sandblasting head at the mold cavity of the silicone product mold and then gradually perform sandblasting according to the arrangement of the mold cavities.
